What is the best type of Whey Protein to get? Like most benifical to tricking and conditioning? I was looking at 100% Isolate Whey, but I didn't buy it cause it was $40 and I didn't know if it was the right type. What do you guys think?

Buy something that will suit your needs, there's a ton of stuff on the market. Whey might not be the thing you're specifically looking for. Hope you find what you want soon enough. |
