Instant noodles are the worst kind of crap you can stuff into your mouth.. Not just nutrition-wise but the taste is just awful as well!
As if you've pressed all your pimples into a bowl and then seasoned it with chicken skin or something. And the texture is horrible. As if you took a random smooth animal tongue, shredded it and then ate it raw. I really hope I deterred you from eating instant noodles again! |

Ramen = the best
only problems are the fat and monosodium glucomate(something like that, just the flavour enhancer) |

no doubt...the instant ramen noodles taste so good cause of all the salt and msg in them...the amount of salt is just rediculous, 1 packet has all the salt you need for the day...and then some...plus when you factor in the other preservatives, palm oil etc. you end up with what I like to call "a stroke in a package"
try making your own ramen noodles, quite easy actually and you'll be able to control the amount of salt and other ingredients you put in..just need some noodles (your favorite kind) some soup stock (beef, chicken, vegetable), and you're set. Boil that shit, mix in the stock (I like to crack and egg over it as it's boiling, for some extra flavor and protein, thanks to Waterboi for the suggestion way back in TO gathering 2005) add some low sodium soy sauce and you're set... |
