I've read some articles by the guy shipping it. He seems pretty knowledgable and it's probably a good program, though I'm not sure if he introduces anything Kurz and Tsatsouline haven't.

This is my old post. I got that DVD long time ago. Good shit. Packed with info. Massages, breathing, posture. (Nothing gay) Much more shit than just stretching. Way more shit than Kurz or Pavel. I got my hands on Kurz's DVD like 15 years ago, when it was advertised in Black Belt.
