eggs, if you're eating again shortly afterwards. 600 calories of them is about right, 50g protein. Thats 6-8 eggs depending on size.

Otherwise, meat and veg left over from the previous night's feast.

Your question was pretty much answered in the first few posts.

Oatmeal, fruit, eggs etc.
Just make sure you load up on carbs and that you fill up pretty good. Breakfast is without a doubt the most important meal.
