Just plain creatine monohydrate, especially if you're on a budget. If you have more cash you can splash out on degussa creatine (i.e. Creapure), but that's still just regular monohydrate but purer - the end results are basically identical. Also, it's just occured to me that this thread might be a joke, but in case it isn't, Cell-Tech is nothing special.
