hey guys has anyone made a decent Back hand spring tutorial yet? i heard there are some like gymnastic gadgets that can like teach you the back hand spring but i just want to try it on my own. the only problem is that i dont really know how to do one.

Nice avvy, McJizz.
I really need help with this move. When I try with a spotter, as I did today, I always fall straight backwards, look to my left and go into a trick I'd like to call a cheat 180 drunk-ass bitch reverse bent knee cartwheel, or my arms won't go far behind/above my head. fear is only a slight problem. What do I do? |
