Don't chiro's generally work on spines, not feet?

Well my dad has one and he does his hip too. Thanks Wildarm, hopefully he will do it for free. Cause if he doesnt... i have to become his patient and pay 150 or somthing as an initial fee. So if he doesnt is it bad to leave it alone?

It's been 2 weeks and the swelling hasn't gone down. Something is definitely wrong and you should seek professional advice.

Since we don't know HOW you got that swollen ankle, we can't really know what kind of injury it is. Go to that chiropractor if you can do it for free. Do not strain your ankle since it can quite possibly get worse.

It has, just not completely back to normal. There is also a small tendon type thing that is bigger on one ankle than the other. I might just ignore it once it doesnt hurt one bit to loosely shake my ankle. Im close to that. Proabbly another week of attention and light tricking like i've been doing.

My doctor prescribed me an anti inflammatory. if you are working it still after the injury then swelling would probably stay up. Ask your doctor about a prescription

If you stop tricking the swelling will go down faster.
Ice the ankle when ever you can, this will also reduce swelling.

Taking an anti-inflammatory even if he doesn't know he's got an inflammation would just be unnecessary.
Either wait another week without tricking and icing it or go to a doctor.
Don't trick, it can make it worse. There's absolutely no point in risking an injury that can knock you out for a prolonged period instead of just taking a week off and resting.
