Does stretching after a hot shower do anything? I have heard many people talk about it but has anyone actually done it?

I've done it. It makes very little difference. It's much more effective to do it right after an intense workout/warmup.

I guess a hot shower would limber you up a bit first thing in the morning. If you're talking about at the end of the day, probably not...

Hot tubs might help. The theory is that the heat warms up your muscles and increases circulation. But really it only gets the superficial blood circulating more (blood under the skin). But stretching first thing in the morning feels good and it's a little helpful.
