Default Front Splits - Crack

Hey there,
I was doing some isometric stretching for front splits yesterday when i kinda when abit... overboard? and then my back leg (left) cracked, near my groin.... and now when i try to do the front splits (the next day), my leg feels asif my leg is going to detach from my body. But I can do everything perfectly fine... kick as normal... run... It doesnt really hurt.. feels kinda like a cram when I softly punch it but dam when i try the splits doesnt feel pleasant.
Is this a worry?
Is this common?
IM SCARED :P

BTW -
This is my first time doing the isometric stretch...

I am not fully developed yet as I am onli 13 ><
Isit a good idea for isometric stretches? at this age?

Thanks

It isn't recommended for anyone still doing a lot of growing (ie. you) to do isometric stretching. As for your problem, I have no idea.

Rest like a crazy person right now Otaku. I'd say don't train at all untill you get some decent info on your specific problem. If you keep training on something like that it could very well become permanent. I don't know what exactly the problem is but I think you might want to get it looked at by a pro. It's not worth crippling yourself by mistreatment. Also, try to avoid painful activities (any pain). Lastly, find out what's going on ASAP, better than trying to treat it by yourself.
