I've had this really terrible pain in my hamstrings all of today. Last week I did a karate workout which left me really sore, so I stretched it as much as I could until yesterday, when I had to go and do another one. I wasnt completely sore, but I couldn't pull down in stretches as far as I used to. Anyway, now my hamstrings are killing me. Is this bad? Should I just try to stretch it for the next week? Also, what happens when you try and stretch a muscle too far when sore?

10 bucks you are okay in 2 days.
I think you just stretched too much. It happens to me sometimes. |

Yep, sounds like overstretch or overworked muscles.
Rest is what you need, don't strain them to much and do NOT stretch for gains during the next two days. |
