Default My knee feels unstable

yeah, what should i do? It cracks more, and hurts occasionally. Not big pain, just like... eh. Ugh i hate injuries and tricking on concrete.

Really though, it depends what the hell you did to make it crack like that.

If you fucked it up recently, then rest it and then after like a week or something do exercises to strengthen it.

Hell, just do that anyway.

EDIT: Oh wait, you were tricking on concrete. You dumbass!

Don't do tricks that you can't bust well enough to land softly on concrete.

RICE it and then strengthen it.

Its not imflammed or anything. It just cracks sometimes and it like stings at random times. I found a knee conditioning thing, so i guess ill just do that. Thanks. Oh yeah the weather is bad so i trick in my garage haha.

Just search it on google. Its excersizes that strengthen the muscles around the knee so its less prone to injury.
