Default Flexibility article suggestion

After reading Stretching Scientifically myself (Terrific book) I was intrigued by the section with sample workout/stretching plans for different sports. Anyone who has read the book will see how easily a similar plan for tricking could be created by someone with knowledge (Jujimufu)

If Juji created a plan then it would point alot of people in the right direction because they have something easy to follow with predictable results. The current flexibility section is perhaps too comprehensive and would overwhelm many visitors, because lets face it, to many trickers lack the motivation to read through the entire flexibility section and create their own workout.

Thougts?

I had planned to create some specific routines in the future, and have some great ideas and new recommendations; Nothing really cookie cutter though, I'm not a fan of that; But a little more accessible - I think what I have planned will be very useful!

It's not really on top of my agenda at the moment though; I have a lot of other things to write about that have not had any coverage that really need to be shared. This addition to the flexibility section can wait considering how much time I've already put into what's already there. Bring up the weak links, yah know?
