If you've injured yourself and it's not going or you can't be sure what's wrong.
England - 0845 4647 Scotland - 08454 242424 Wales - 0845 4647 NHS Direct, tell em your symptoms and they can give you recommendations on what to do. Can be quicker to get things sorted than trying to get a doctors appointment and you can still get to see a doctor. There is an NHS Direct center near me which they can ask you to go to so I'm not sure how it'll work if you don't have one nearby, I'm guessing they have that sorted though. Calls cost a maximum of five pence per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary. Your service provider may charge a minimum cost per call.
