keep practicing going into a bridge by using a wall, keep doing it so that you get lower and lower down before you use your hands on the wall. Eventually you will be able to do it without the wall.

Do what alpha said. Although I know you won't and will keep asking questions that answer themselves.
Someone else help me out here, too tired to flame this guy.

I don't understand why you think he needs to be flamed It may be obvious for you to answer but not everyone has the same knowledge. At least it isn't a repost.

Because I'm a cynical bastard and have a general dislike for kids. No real reason or point behind it besides that. Plus skainmitsus previous posts in the past haven't been the most clever ones.

But I digress. If he goes on and trains like you said he should, then good on him. I'm just paranoid as to the motivation of kids the age of 13-16 or so.

Plus the fact that his typos are horrendous. I have a hard time respecting people who type like that.

I am on msn 'alot' too (meaning everytime I sit by the comp basically.) and yet I have no trouble refraining from typing 'u' instead of 'you'.
It just looks stupid in my eyes. The only instance where I would type a 'u' would be in an SMS if I couldn't fit the whole message in.
