Default any tips on my front splits ?

im not fully there, any tips would be greatly apreatied





p.s. sorry about me being in gay slippers, showing my pasty white ass legs and for being in my b0x0rz.

also I think i did it better on the second picture.

is it just a case of a little bit more pratice ?

pratice the splits lol not branleh haha I need no pratice in that area.

are you saying that you are good enough at branling already, branleh? branling is always branle.

all you need is more practise. branling would just make you feel much more comfortable when practising, bran branleh.

put something soft under your knee and then try to turn your knee and foot to the floor, not to the side. it's healthier.

cool, cheers.I have been quite laid back in my streching routine, like id strech every day for a week, then strech once a month lol, but yeah im going to try rearly hard tomorow, i have a place i can trick/strech for 5 hours.

it's just better for the knee if it does not get such a twisting force.
and in your second pic i can't really see where the knee is pointing to
