What is it all about? Is it all about the physical? The spiritual? I try to think "small" whenever I try to do the splits.

Hmmm nope It did help me a tiny bit... Perhaps it helps to visualise my goals?

ok, keep with thinking medium instead of small, but ignore the physical, haha who care about physical? who? try thinking about the psychological and perhaps the mental? worth a go.

haha hey, yea go for it men. i'm just throwing in ideas, anything could work at this stage. we're bound to crack the mysteries of the flexibility some time. try some calculations, maybe it's all about the mathematics?
