I want to find the guide for SO long! Please gimme links to as many of them as you can :). Or at least give some tips from what to begin!
I can do backflips, so please DON'T advice me to learn back tucks first :). And one more thing - I know the technique somehow - jump back, keep your arms traight and so on... I need to know from what to begin! How to do the first spring? |

I can't BHS, so perhaps I'm not the best source of information, but I think if you really drill bridges *properly* for a long time it might help a bit with the bending thing.
Also stay tight, that is very important. Not super frigid tight but don't be sloppy or you won't make it through. I think the biggest thing is the fear. Lately I've been somehow able to try tricks that I never would have tried before. Just try to think it's a cakewalk and really understand that there's nothing that can happen to you! |
