2 vid from the dynamic stretching? Can't download :(
Can anyone tell me how i can get these vids, the other ones are working, but this ones aren't. I read all the dynamic part, and i want to see the stretching in action. So if anyone can help me download these vids, i would appreciate it.

You have to fix the link so it has "ds_" in front of the stretch, ie: "http://www.trickstutorials.com/download.php?id=sittingtwists" becomes
"http://www.trickstutorials.com/download.php?id=ds_sittingtwists" |
