Front Split

Hmmm man i post again something about front split right now i have a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDST85t3-5I. Sotimes i can do front split up to my limit without any warm up or strecth and somtimes i cant make it good without stretch. Can u tell me how good it is? Anyway i cant do side split maybe becouse i dont do stretched for that but i dont know what strecthes will be good for side split....

Ok man ive puted that movie to public. Man but now i have a problem, in the last days i feel a pain in my left knee and cant front split like I did it before shit... I done some training at home for that 'front split' maybe in less then 1 month. And about JB i sow some of his another posts and his is talking about brandle , brandle split, sry wtf is that?
