Hello everyone.
Now i have stretched in 5 months and have gotten really flexible...
but cannot reach split yet. Is this normal or should i start to concern that i never can get maximum flexibility?
please reply!

How far away from the full split are you? Circumstances come into play when it comes to a full split as well you know.

stretch 15 minutes 2-3x a day, do hip exercises and slow kicks at least once a day. do splits 3x a day all directions.

3 times a day? Sounds like bullcrap.

One stretching session a day if it is relaxed. 30 minutes or so total maybe? I'm talking the whole body in that case.

I couldn't possibly stand doing 3 sessions a day.

@Hobzet: i needed about one year to reach front splits and dont have sidesplit after three. but still making slow progress. so dont worry. some people just need longer. for me, flexibility is the one athletic factor for tricking that is most difficult to delevop

Dobi, you look so much like an old buddy from my army company it is starting to get freaky with that avatar. I always wonder if he's snooping on the forums when I see it

get in your maximal flexing position ,then contract your whole body (specialy legs) for about 7-8 seconds and suddenly relax, this allows you to go further down.Repeat until you're either dead or achieved the splits.

I also struggled with regular flexibility for half a year ,this method allowed me to get those last inches!
