I used to be one of them.
The other two are Jason6377 and lak89. Oh and if anyone cares, the Beijing Gathering 06 video is still to be released. XD ----------------- Jason tricks at school mostly I think. But technically we're not allowed because of liability issues. lak89 has this tumbling class thing in the middle of nowhere. |

Yo Jester, yeah i mostly trick at the school, but stupid safety crap. So now we just trick at large grass fields or mat rooms or something. Hong Kong only has one gymnastics gym, and we cant use it cuz we arent gymnasts, how gay is that?

all right! i know HK was small... but not that small! seriously just one gymnastics facility? and would you say there is a large trickster group in HK? also, where do the bboys practice?
haha i know i'm asking a lot of questions, but i just want to get a feel of what HK has to offer right now. My brother and I might rock HK late summer, when we visit our grandparents and uncles. I haven't been back for a looong time. i might get cultural shock. |

Yes, one gymnastics hall. And you need to join the Hong Kong gymnastics association/whatever cartwheel class to even GET IN. Not even kidding.
I'd say 5 was a bold number to count the number of active tricksters (with knowledge of any online tricking community) in Hong Kong. Including me. bboys practice all over the place, but I've only been to Victoria Park (Causeway Bay side) on/around weekend nights so that's all I can be sure about. They're also known to practice at Tsim Sha Tsui but I've never witnessed a real jam of any sort. How late in the summer will you be going? I don't think you'll get so much culture shock as much as heat stroke. I hate how hot and humid it is in Hong Kong. |
