This article from T-nation includes a brief discussion about stretching and it's relation to muscle growth (look toward the middle where Shugart asks "What about muscle size?"). They seem to conclude that stretching does positively affect muscle growth, but negatively affects strength levels. Read the whole article and see what you think about their claims.

Wasn't every study about it decreasing strength flawed because they lifted right after stretching instead of the next day?
