any tips on how to get 540 kicks like this guys !? i love them, by the way got my 540 kicks down reall good today fnally understand the hip thing, but i think im ready to go from that straight leg 540 kick with a crescent to this one matthew mullins uses, if anyone has any tips please

Matt Mullins has insane force on his roundhouse...ANYWAY! Back on topic. Yes, I have some tips. Use the search button for one haha. Okay, really though. Get a nice, solid Tornado Kick. Remember to step through, and THROW that non-kicking leg up. THROW up your arms. Kick. Land on kicking leg. Okay, now the science behind it: You MUST use your arms. Why? they produce lift and rotation. Throw your non-kicking leg up so you have a path for your kicking leg to travel through nice and quickly, and so you have more height. Lean back a little, it helps me in learning them. Hmm..lets see...read Jujis tut, he explains it better then I'll ever be able to.

EDIT: OH! SOrry man, I misread your post, I thought you said "How do I 540 like Mullins?" sorry! He uses a roundhouse variation, which means you have to chamber the kick and release it. It can be easier, because after you kick, you automatically almost land as long as you have the height. I'll look for a tut for you.

LOL he ripped his shirt!! OMG!

Try tornado kicks with a round kick. It's easier if you lay back. I started using round kicks by default since learning raiz.
