Try this. Find a wall, take a running start, and jump into it headfirst. If you do it right, instant bulging lower abs and generally sixpack. If you do it wrong and injure yourself, you may not hold me responsible.

This is one move which works to lower abs and to upper abs too: Lie on your back and lift your legs up.
