You mean you can't turn your hips well to make a nice kick?
Had the same thing when I was learning 540's.
Just practise.

WTF wat kind of advice is tht to turn ur hips over nicely jump as hard as u can b4 the kick lean back slightly and rip ur first arm in a triangle motion up and away from you remeber its a tornado kick not a tornado swipe if ther is such a thing .... left leg comes through and up if u can but tht comes wit practice and kicks............. right leg same motion

Anyways, try working on the flexibility of your hip, because even if you work on flexibility in Tae Kwon Do, you still might not have some places flexibile. IF you work on increasing the flexibility of your "hip flexors" you might be able to roll your hips over easier...

Just a suggestion

You don't need for the kick to be a roundhouse in the tornado kick. Personally I think inside crescents look better.

T-kicks are harder than 540s in my oppinion. You just get to rip it up in the 540, much better feeling too.
