When I had to do pushups at school in gym class, I made about 30 pushups, but when I try to do pushups at home when I'm trainig, I do barely 10
Why is it like this? |

Because you lack willpower and were faking them in the first place. Now you're ignored, also.

Good job. You just got yourself on Steves ignore list. And your problem is you suck. No, I'm joking. You're probably not pushing yourself. Make yourself do 30.

My guess is that you most likley were warmed up when you did the thirty and when you tried at home you just kind of went and did some pushups. being warmed up helps so much.
so do a few stretches, then do soem pushups, then do a few more stretches or other activities and then you should be ready to do 30 again. |

Well, there you go.
As for me- I can't even do..... 3 correct ones. Yeah i know- pathetic. Me arms= weakest part of my body. But yeah, I agree- you should try to push it up to 30 ^_^ ( Even though I'm the wrong person to be talking lmao) |

For the longest time, I could never do more than 50 pushups. I was doing pushups every day, and for some reason, I could never make it past that arbitrary number.
A lot of it is psychological, but a lot of it is how you train too. Once I stopped doing pushups every day and started giving my muscles a rest, I started being able to do more. When I started resistance training, I found that I could do even more pushups even though I hardly ever did them at all. |
