umm it looked like you landed it fine. What did you think was wrong with it? My one complaint is that the takeoff was odd. It should just be one jump. Your little hop at the beginning is forcing you to jump backwards (look at your takeoff angle), and that will decrease your height. Other than that, it seems fine.

Jump a bit more up and tuck tighter and you'll have a mean backflip. It's already pretty good.

Jump straight up a few times. Think about every single element in it. How your arms swing. How your chest moves in relation to your hips. What your pelvis does. When you swing up, where is the natural place that you stall your arms to go up as high as you can? How is your chest aligned? What are your shoulders doing? Now, do a backflip. Think about the tiny things that you did differently. In the setup, in the swing through, in the block. Something, somewhere along the way, is forcing you to arch backwards. Just think about it. You are able to do it without a spot, so play.
