Default btwists + vid

I made a thread last week asking for tips on my b-twists,
heres the video I promised.
http://www11.rapidupload.com/d.php?f...filepath=13006

My self critique is:
I think I'm going wayyy to slow.
When learning the technique, I think its probably better to go a bit faster?
Comments? Tips? Thoughts?

your not lifting your upper body on takeoff, and your not following through with your momentum (ie. giving up half way). so lift up your upper body with your back leg, wrap tight and hold it till you land.

speed doesnt matter for btwist, you gotta learn to go with the flow
