I made a thread last week asking for tips on my b-twists,

your not lifting your upper body on takeoff, and your not following through with your momentum (ie. giving up half way). so lift up your upper body with your back leg, wrap tight and hold it till you land.
speed doesnt matter for btwist, you gotta learn to go with the flow |
