Practise landing your FHS on 1 foot. then just step right into the next one.

dan is very right.
however landing on one foot often tempts people just to do fast walkovers. Thats all well and good, but its not a fhs if your legs dont come together as they come over the top. if you want to do a good gym tech chain of walkovers you will have to bring the legs up split, then together, then split again. split switches are cool, gym people appreciate the lil things like that. I appreciate them too. chained fhs are quite fun if you can get them right. Practise mofo. |

Also, try to keep your momentum going, by not stopping. Stalling your next one/Stopping between = bad.

I got three in a row, but the las tone was so forced. Isn't there a way to get momentum out of a fhs like the bhs

Yeah I see that, but still, it can only go so far as the momentum you first put into it.
In a bhs you can go for however long your skill alows you. |

just practise. You'll keep the momentum eventually.
