Default post what fraction of your bodyweight you can squat/deadlift/leg press/bench =)

just out of interest, so if someone comes along and owns us all up iv got a nice target to aim for =)

i weigh just under 80kg and for me:

squat: 1.4 (x bodyweight)
deadlift: 1.8
leg press: 3.2
bench: 1.0

all roughly done to 1 decimal place. personally i think my stats kinda suck haha

edit: i dont try to find my one rep max. these are the weights i do sets on (usually 2-6 reps)

Here's some general stats to shoot for that I consider decent numbers in strength development:

2xBW Squat

2xBW Deadlift

1.5xBW Bench

You think you suck haha. I can't even bench or squat my own bodyweight. I havn't done squats yet, but I'm assuming I can't even do half of my bodyweight. Deadlifts I havn't tried, I could probably do three quarters of my bodweight. Leg press is the only decent stat I have, and its not even twice my body weight. I am thirteen though, so I use that as an excuse haha. I'm shooting for the stats that Solid posted though.

Squat: 1.5
Deadlift: 1.7
Bench: 1.3
Leg press: 3.7
Weight = 180
No 1RM's.
All for at least 4 reps.

As of two weeks ago:

2x close stance conventional deadlift
1.47x full atg squat
1.03x strict overhead press

I don't bench or leg press.

I'd bump the deadlift up to 2.5 bodyweight. When both are done raw, the deadlift should almost always be higher than the squat even despite individual differences in body mechanics.

as of today's leg w/o my leg press ratio is up to 4.1
for some reason... as my gains come in HUGE chunks.

for example: I'll have been deadlifting 300 for 2 weeks, then add 30 lbs. in one w/o.

Never maxed on squat, I do 3x6-10 of my bodyweight, which is pretty pathetic...

I can bench a little bit more than my bodyweight, haven't maxed on it recently, put up two reps of 155 though, which is my target weight right now. I'm 138-143 depending on the day.

I don't do deads, same with leg press. Deadlifts I instinctively distrust, because of some issues with my joints, leg press is a useless form of squat.

I'm currently military pressing (which I consider WAY more hardcore than bench) with a max of 95lbs.

That's the same for me. I was squatting so much, can't remember the numbers, for a few weeks, then just added 20kg and did it easy haha.

Edit: Are we talking about 1RM or what?
