i LIKE HOW THE MUSIC MAKES IT SEEM SO DRAMATIC, WHEN IT'S A BASIC MOVE WITH LOW QUALITY. LOL sorry caps lock and I don't wanna retype.
By the way try and kick out and up more. Think of it's actually combative purposes. How would you use it in combat. Then imagine somones head and bam. |

That looks okay. It's not perfect yet (doh), but it's not very far either.
It helps me to think of a straight line you're going on. You want to imagine that when you're dipping down you're standing on the line with both feet. Then think of landing on the line with both feet, as well. Just keep doing them, and lift that first foot up. It might help to practice static butterfly kicks first (without the run). |
