I know that dogen made a good one, however I made one for lynalls dvd and I may as well post it. I hope it covers some things dogens didnt mention?

I disagree with the arm thing though, I don't think you need to throw your arms up like that, I think it makes them look sloppy and goofy if you throw your arms STRAIGHT UP. use your arms, but you don't need to leave them extended and throw them up like that. but to each their own.

without using your arms you eliminating height
