http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...q=breakdancing I especially want to be able to do the pushups with no feet planted.. his palms aren't even planted on the ground! Also, I got my carpenter friend to make me some parallets.. anyone know any good exercises with these? http://www.midwestgymsupply.com/parallets.gif |

Those are very short parallettes, usually they're longer. Yours are more like push-up handles actually.
Check out: www.american-gymnast.com (training tips section -- there's an actual parallette guide with beginner, medium, advanced progressions) www.beastskills.com www.drillsandskills.com www.ringtraining.com You'll be able to find some information on parallette exercises on all of them, though it may take some poking around. |

Paralettes are the bomb. Make sure you check the www.american-gymnast.com website. You'll have to register to access the paralette training guide, but it's free and I haven't got any spam yet... So go for it.
