well, b-kicks are similar in take-off, in trying to do b-twist, height is necessary and how high one can go depends on the take off,
so b-kick helps with the going high, and b- twist is simply twisting afterwards. |

There should be something on this forum that wont let you post a thread with the work backflip, Btwist etc... without watching jujis tutorials on them.

Unfortunately you're not original with your question which was numerously answered already, just search and you'll find the answers you seek

A fun thing to do if you have a broken lag and are in a wheelchair is to find a set of massive stairs and place the wheelchair on it's side. Have a friend help you onto the ground and lay near the chair as if you tried to jump the stair set on your wheelchair.
When I broke my leg last Janurary (never doing that agin) I was stuck in a wheel chair for 1 and a half months. We did the same thing and my Mum just flipped out. |

In a way its similar but only because the take-off should be exactly the same. In a b-twist you just dip like you would in a b-kick, come up and then rotate till you get to the highest point then just look over to the left or right, whichever way you twist and pull your arms around in the same way, spot teh ground and plant ur feet, there you go
