Default Strength Gains

How long does it usually take you, personally, to add 5 pounds to your max? It used to be (benching, for example) that I'd put on about five pounds every 10 days. But recently I've been stuck at 150 for weeks. Keep in mind that I weight only 130 pounds, and I find it difficult to eat 3000 calories a day, no matter how hard I work out.

While bulking, for the same number of reps, I usually increase 5#'s each session on a split. On a higher frequency routine (full-body for example), weekly.
