so yah lately ive been practicing both back/front flips. the front flip would be the one that i got down the most. the frontflip on the grass i can only do a running one i land on my feet and hands my hand keep me up from landing on my arse. the backflip i can only attempt on my mattress i land on my knees and sumtimes skid the top of my head. im always so eager to do tricking w/o proper stretching so i get sore really fast. the frontflip when i do it on the grass it really takes a toll on my shins when i land on my heels i pound my feet to the ground. the backflip i get rugburn on my knees from landing on them on the mattress. even when im sore the next day i keep attempting to do these tricks. what types of sores do you people?maybe i should consider being more patient with learning these tricks. btw im more interested in landing the backflip the frontflip is less scarey.

Use Capital Letters. Your post is a blob.
You should generally not practice sore, especially if it's your joints (or shins) and not your muscles (which can sometimes feel fine once they're warmed up). You're just going to fuck yourself up and you won't learn anything. Take a break and come back with a better understanding of the move. Find out what you're doing wrong and stop doing it. |

I guess im too eager to learn and i should probably stretch before and after i attempt these tricks. its like im sore but when i start tricking i feel fine so i keep practicing and get even more sore the next day. even landing a trick will give u bit of pain, i guess it takes time to build up muscle and dexterity so u can launch a move painlessly.
