Default Breathing Habits

In martial arts it's important to breathe in and out when you strike. It's just helps. Any martial artist should know. When people weight lift or workout with push ups, sit ups, etc. people breathe in and out between reps.

Does your breathing habit help while you trick at all?

Not too me. But I read somewhere in an article Juji wrote that he gets higher on B-Twists if he inhales right. Or something like that.

So do I, thats why I don't do combos, I'd pass out from lack of oxygen.

CRAP! how the hell do I breathe during a combo?! I tried inhaling mid-gainer, and I freakin' crashed! I know I need to fix this, but how?

I'm gonna show you a little snippet from The Naked Warrior:

It's not about breathing in on the prep and breathing out on the exertion. It's about creating pressure in your core so you have a strong starting point.

Incidentally, chapter 4 of The Naked Warrior is entirely devoted to breathing exercises.
