I've been trying a combo with a cradle in it, but I can't seem to get the cradle down right, and I haven't been able to find any tips on it. Can anyone give me some advice for this move? Or direct me to this well hidden guide

I can do it somewhat good on a mattress, but I'm pretty sure im doing somthing wrong, and I doubt I could do it on a semi hard surface.

I learned this by doing a bridge, then jumping back into the kip up position from there.
