okay so i learnd to btwist 1st try and double leg 4th try but i still cant 540 something i dont understand it, when like juji or chris devera or swartz 540 for example they basically bring there leg straight up and kinda across how to the change the motion from going up like that to down and across, also i can do your kind of 540 kicks mastabiff were you lay back so much and barely jump at all, i learnd them yesterday from normall ground onto crash pad, for some reason i cant even do it on normall ground from fear, i dont even know how a 540 can create fear

if you ever watch chris devera or juji do a 540 kick you might know what im talking about..

Jesus christ, stop making so many posts. You have no idea what you're talking about. I 540 layed back and upright, it takes a jump both ways. If you can actually do a layed back 540 then just work with it then try it upright later. If it sucks work on your tornado kick and turn it into a 540. You land on your kicking leg by creating more momentum with your arms & nonkicking leg for your kick to ride on so that it flies through right into the landing. At first just focus on landing on both legs with a good kick by USING YOUR ARMS Watch your precious clips of juji, you'll notice that between his tornado kick and 540 his setup is almost exactly the same, he just extends his leg in the tornado kick rather than kicking through and swings his arms with less force.
