Question Martial arts in the snow

Well, im sorry, i made another thread but i found a totally other subject here..
Its snow cold and winter up here in sweden and absolutly NOTHING to practice
Martial arts on. Cant make Wallflips cuz then I slip and harm myself (as usual)
but i tried backflips.. can tget the hang of the tuck thing. i tried front flip ... i did rush, actually flip too but landed on my back, hurt soo bad.

How do i succed a front flip when i rush jump flip and then stand on my feet??

I tried anything but still land on my back and do not get all around..

Please help..

i land the frontflip on the grass but i land in squat position with hands holding me up. you have to get some air, i use to be too afraid to get air that i jump forward landing on my back. this is how i learned i took my mattress which is about 12 inches high and i would run and flip on2 it. from that moment on i learned to jump and get more height. use your hands and tuck and while your jumping bring your head in forward a little. the forward flip takes more power then the back flip, but backflip is harder to learn because its more scarey my opinion
