Bending stuff is meant to be excellent work for the forearms and pecs. I might take up nail-bending, starting with little nails and moving on to bigger and thicker ones. Comments?

I'd say try starting with things that you can get a full grip from. Like sheet metal or something of the sort. Nails would be great for trying to bend with just your thumb though
