I sprained my toe doing a backflip in baggy clothes after I just learned them in grade 7 but other than that not at all.

I broke my toe doing a gainer in my living room when I ended up kicking the coffee table. Does that count?

I almost broke my neck while attempting gainers on grass (slipped in cat poo, fell on my neck and passed out).

Broke both big toes, my left toe thrice.

Sprained ankles several times.

Sprained my thumb.

Tore a muscle in my left thigh.

Several muscle pulls.

Broke my nose, so it's it's all crooked inside now, and I can only breathe with one nostril at a time.

Broke my tailbone by landing on my heel very very hard. Yes, it went straight up my asscrack.

That was before I started weightlifting, mind you. Haven't had one single injury lately.

i have never seriously hurt myself tricking. just the odd pulled muscle and stuff.

hell, just yesterday i did a perfect gainerflash in 2 foot of snow, while wearing FULL winter combat gear (2 tshirts, fleece, Jeans full combat jacket, padded chest/back plate and combat trousers, balaclava and paintball facemask) and with an airsoft glock strapped to my leg.

and it didnt hurt me at all.
