Calves can't be worked all that much, calf raises are good. Try doing those on your stairs. Do bodyweight squats, jumping squats, and split squats. You really should think about buying a set of barbells and dumbells though. You aren't going to see as impressive results with bodyweight work alone. Gym membership maybe?

Read Pavel Tsatsouline's The Naked Warrior It's somewhere on these forums, if not just search on Limewire or something, that's where I found mine.

Do one legged squats. Hold onto something for balance or assistance, if you need to. If they're easy for you, hold some books or something while you do them.

why shouldn't bwes help him to make progresses? I'd say "the underground guide to warrior fitness" could help you, too. pm me if you don't find it.

Heres my leg program. If you can survive it without puking, hats off to you.

Full squats - 4(10)
1 legged squats - 4(10)
Tabata air squats - 8(20) [10 second rest between sets, no more]
Standing/sitting calf raises - 3(15)
1 legged sprints - 2(10)
Tuck jumps - 2(10)
Leg adduction - 3(12)

Have fun. Remember to bring a few plastic bags with you. =D
