Forgive me if this question had been ask before lots of time as i was pretty newbie to bodybuilding..i was looking for workouts that will match my TKD training.I was wondering what kind of exercise/workout help in developing kicking speed and strength.And if possible..the kind of explosive speed in TKD sparring...
