How long does that take you?
You could do Jackknife pushups and ab rollouts, they are great exercises. |

Jackknife pushups, read Bullet Proof Abs by Pavel Tsatsouline.
Or you could just search on google. |

Damn.
It depends on the intensity and or volume you are training at in relation to your current fitness. This might help. I could quite easily do 20 bodyweight squats everyday without any negative effect. Though if I tried to do 4 sets of 5 heavy weighted squats everyday then I probably wouldn't last long, or atleast I would do better with some rest days. The same applies for ab training, they are not special. |

yeah. And do them slow and with concentration. There's no point in doing 90 fast situps if you don't feel a burn. Do 30 slooooow situps and really linger on the negative phase.
