WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS??
do you aim for size, strenght, endurance or do you want ot burn fat?
how many reps do you do, how many sets, what excersises, how many excersises?

How long does that take you?

You could do Jackknife pushups and ab rollouts, they are great exercises.

Jackknife pushups, read Bullet Proof Abs by Pavel Tsatsouline.

Or you could just search on google.

Damn.
It depends on the intensity and or volume you are training at in relation to your current fitness.

This might help. I could quite easily do 20 bodyweight squats everyday without any negative effect. Though if I tried to do 4 sets of 5 heavy weighted squats everyday then I probably wouldn't last long, or atleast I would do better with some rest days.
The same applies for ab training, they are not special.

yeah. And do them slow and with concentration. There's no point in doing 90 fast situps if you don't feel a burn. Do 30 slooooow situps and really linger on the negative phase.

burn
