I dont think so... Hindu people dont know how to do pushups.

I guess it could possibly make your hips/back stronger....

I dont know about squats.

thanks people...I just saw that Matt Furley thing and he was like these are the best things, you don't need anything else...but he only tells you how to do them in his 40$ book or 149$ dvd thingy and i didn't wanna pay that out if it's not worth it...i may just buy his book though cos some of what he says is quite good

Going up on your toes and putting your knees way out in front, as in a Hindu squat, will cause most people's knees to wobble, and we all know what happens when you can't squat with good form.

You don't have to do Hindu push ups on a swiss ball. I usually do them on flat ground.
