U shuld always stretch THROUGHLY before a tricking session. For the back i always do a bridge a bridge. but i have better fexibility then most people so i get a much more satisfying stretch in my abs and back. People wo dont stretch there backs before tricking are fools.
Umm to ur original question, does this help? http://www.spineuniverse.com/display...ticle3120.html i only birefly looked at the title. |

I always stretch my back, but I don't really feel a difference, and I ended up injuring my lower back a little. Seems somewhat better now, but still...

guys guys guys! i went to an asian chiropractor and somehow, through their illogical knoledge of the human body, i feel pretty good. i cant really run or do sports still, but there isn't that much pain any more. if you are having back problems, you should consider going to an asian chiropractor. their treatments make no sense, you wont be able to communicate with them, and they will put smelly ointments on you, but it somehow works. amazing
