Default Major pain

Hi i'm a new trickster, I have tricked for about a month!

But the problem is, that my whole body is so fucking sore!

Is that normal in the beginning?

Well that depends. How do you mean, is it like you twist your ankle all the time and break bones? Or does it just hurt after the training?
I can say like this, Tricking, and gymnastics overall, is not similar to the regular moves when you work out or something like that.
It can take a while untill the body adjusts to the moves. Ive been tricking for about one and a half year, and i still feel pain. You learn new moves, you get new pains. =D But its worth it!

Stretch alot!! Practise often! That should help getting your body into Tricking shape. =D

Yeah! It hurts in the good way, It feels like I just have runned a marathon for the first time without any training before it! It's that feeling

So tricking in itself is a big workout?

If it hurts in a good way, than I had it too, but thats because I was a lazy fuck before I started tricking, so I wasn't used to it.
