knees really suck for parkour. I was just out doing this cool run in an underground carpark yesterday, and i went up to lazy vault this barrier, but for some reason i forgot to jump and took out my knee/quad. This really sucks. Has this ever happened to any of you guys? if so how do you stop this mega pain in my quad?

basically, dont do parkour with the hope that it'll make your ankles/knees stronger in the long run.
