UK Isle of Wight Gathering

Forget the Isle of Wight Rock Festival, try the Isle of Wight Tricking Gathering.

We are hoping to hold a gathering on the Isle of Wight this summer of 2006, however we dont know how many participants will be wanting to get involved, if there is anyone who wants to get involved please contact me. There are many tricksters on the island who will be participating so it wont be an empty event, the more the merrier, so please let yourself be known if you view this thread and post on it if you wanna get involved.
It would be a great weekend if we can get enough people so please, if you can, come along, we need a certain amount of people in order for us to launch such an event. We have plenty of tricksters on the island so you wont be on your own, and hey, who knows, you might learn some new stuff, or it could be just a great weekend away for you all.

If we can get enough people, we can make this possible for the first time in tricking history.
Join as a nation, and we will Rock this Island, that would give the news tabloids something to talk about.
What D'ya say, try it, get involved, give it a go, and if you dont like it, at least its another place to add to your list of Gatherings you have conquered.

Come on, it'll be a giggle. Though I dont think over here would be the best place to have the gathering, since we don't have a decent gym, and the Red Funnel would cost a shitload for anyone coming over. Then again, I dont want to pay for the red funnel with my barely adequate funds, so... Yeah, everyone fucking get here now. PM me or BENJAYBENJAYBENJAY if you want to add your name to the list of invited participants : )

In fact, I doubt Benjay's even going to come on these forums again. He didn't last time, and to be honest seeing as there's not even a set date for the proposed gathering, I dont see how this plan is going to work.

As a matter of fact, im checking this forum everyday, just in case of replies on here, it seems to be going ok so far. We will all need to set a date accustomed to the most appropriate dates of everyone getting involved, Obviously we need a substantial amount of people to attend in order for us to launch the event, if there is too little, there will be no point. To another of your proposals, there are a few places i can think of that could accomodate a good amount of people, these places do vary from gymnasiums, open fields, parks etc. I will keep a list of all the people who wish to get involved and then i will contact you all indevidually on the wherabouts and whens for the most appropriate date. Please do not hesitate to continue to post on this thread as i will need to see just how many are willing to get involved.

Sorry do i know you from somewhere. Yes i do trick i have been tricking now for a year and a half. Dont worry if we can all work together we can get this gathering underway by the end of June. I wanted to get a gathering on the island now for ages and im not going to stop now that people are actually getting involved, but i do need help, if anyone can get some friends involved, then that would be a great help.
